We schedule an event consultation to learn more about your event vision, must-haves, and theme. We also complete a walk-through of the venue, clarify the full scope of the work and budget.

The contract provides an outline of the event, our intent, goals, rentals, fees, payment timeline, along with terms and conditions. 

We strategically start planning the event to meet timelines, budget, and vision. We make every event special and unforgettable while producing an extraordinary, memorable, authentic occasion.

The master plan will allow every aspect of the event to be on track. The master plan encompasses:

Plan to be wowed by the Elegance with One Touch! We will ensure your vision is brought to fruition. Everything that was in the contract will be executed and done within the allotted time frame. We will reveal the event and conduct a final walk-through.
