How are your design services priced?

We offer several different services, each with a flat fee structure. All pricing is clearly outlined and discussed during the in-home consultation, so you’ll have a full understanding of the costs before the project begins—no surprises!

What the difference in an One-Day Design vs. Interior Full Design Process? 

Absolutely! We’re happy to incorporate your existing furniture and décor into the design. Whether it's a sentimental piece or something you simply love, we’ll thoughtfully blend it into your refreshed space to ensure it feels cohesive, functional, and beautifully styled.

Why do we need an Event Planner? 

The design process typically takes 8–12 weeks, depending on the number of spaces we’re working on and the complexity of the design. During our in-home consultation, we’ll provide a more tailored timeline based on the specific details of your project.

How do you find vendors? 

EED, LLC has partnered with a list of vendors that we recommend to our clients. 

How soon should I book your services? 

At least 4-6 months before the event. 

Our design process is thoughtfully structured to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish. We begin with a complimentary phone consultation to get to know your needs, style, and vision. Next, we conduct an in-home consultation where I take measurements, photos, and dive deeper into your goals for the space. From there, you’ll receive a custom design plan, complete with mood boards and a detailed project estimate. Once approved, we move into sourcing and selecting the perfect furnishings, colors, and accessories to bring your vision to life. Then comes the exciting part—installation and styling, where every detail is placed with intention and care. Finally, we celebrate the big reveal, unveiling your newly designed space—beautifully polished and ready for you to enjoy.


Can you work with my existing furniture and décor?

No, EED, LLC has a dedicated rental vendor who has a wide range of event rentals that we recommend to our clients. 

Ready to get started?

We accept check or credit card payments.  A  2.9%  fee will be added to the invoice for payments made via credit card 

Do you handle purchasing and sourcing materials?

We accept a variety of convenient payment methods, including credit and debit cards, bank transfers (ACH), and checks. All payment details will be outlined in your service agreement, and invoices will be sent with clear due dates. For our design services, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon signing the contract to secure your project. The remaining 50% balance is due seven days before the installation date. This ensures we can proceed smoothly with your project and schedule all necessary installations and purchases. All payment details and due dates will be outlined in your service agreement for clarity.

Does the Interior Decorator clean my home? 

As part of my interior decorating services, I handle all purchasing and sourcing on your behalf. From furniture and lighting to accessories and finishes, I carefully select pieces that align with your design vision and budget. This streamlined process not only saves you time but ensures that every item fits seamlessly into your space. I manage the details—from vendor coordination to delivery—so you can relax and enjoy the transformation.

Getting started is simple! We begin with a FREE complimentary phone consultation to learn more about your space, design needs, and vision. From there, we’ll schedule an in-home consultation where we take measurements, photos, and dive deeper into your vision for your space. 

Will I be working one-to-one with a designer? 

Yes, we do! I understand how important it is to have reliable professionals working on your project. I can recommend trusted contractors and tradespeople from my network, or I’m happy to collaborate with those you’ve chosen. While I don’t serve as a general contractor, I do assist with coordination, communication, and ensuring the design vision is implemented correctly throughout the process. My goal is to make your experience as seamless and stress-free as possible.

Does the Design Fee include the product?  

We specialize in creating timeless, elegant spaces that reflect my clients’ personalities and lifestyles. While we have a strong foundation in modern, transitional, and classic design, my true strength lies in blending styles to create a cohesive and personalized look. Whether you love clean lines, cozy textures, bold statements, or soft neutrals, we'll work closely with you to bring your unique vision to life in a beautifully balanced way.

Do you assist with selecting and managing contractors?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If there are any design elements or products you're not completely happy with, we’ll review them together and make thoughtful adjustments. The design process is a collaboration, and I welcome your feedback at every step to ensure the final result feels just right for you. My goal is to create a space you love—both visually and functionally.
