We schedule an event consultation to learn more about your event vision, must-haves, and theme. Additionally, we conduct a venue walk-through to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the work scope and budget requirements.

Step 3

CONTRACT AGREEMENT 

The contract outlines the event details, including our objectives, goals, rentals, fees, payment schedule, and terms and conditions.

Event Planning 

We initiate event planning strategically to align with timelines, budget constraints, and your vision. Our goal is to create unforgettable and unique occasions, ensuring each event is extraordinary, memorable, and authentic.

Prepare to be amazed by our signature Elegance with One Touch! We guarantee to bring your vision to life, executing everything outlined in the contract within the designated timeframe. Finally, we'll unveil the event and conduct a final walk-through to ensure everything is perfect.

EVENT PLANNING CLOSEOUT 

We Deliver! We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your event. We request your feedback and capture your experience. Photography will be taken after the event is completely set up and before the guest arrives.
